Bank Verification with Micro-Deposits

When verifying your bank account through Stripe by entering your routing and account numbers, this takes additional time and steps. 

This verification method uses microdeposits and can take up to 7 business days to complete. You will not be able to complete your investment until your bank is fully connected to our site.

First, they will send a microdeposit to your bank in about a business day. Then, within 3 business days, you will receive an email from Stripe asking you to verify your bank account by entering a code. There is a descriptor next to your bank's microdeposit that looks like SMXXXX. You will verify the last 4 digits of this code.

Once you have done this, it will take a day or two for it to connect to our portal. After that has happened, you will need to go through and make a new investment commitment. Please be sure you complete the process until it congratulates you on making your investment in the company. You will also see it reflected on your dashboard here.
