How do I check my payment status?

You can check the status of your payments on your Netcapital Dashboard.

Please check out your investor dashboard to see the status of your payments. Here, you can see if your payment is paid, or still pending in our system. Typically, payments can take between 3-5 business days to process in our system.

If it has been a few weeks and your payment has still not been processed, there's a chance that your account may not be verified or we were unable to connect to your financial institution. Please ensure all your account details are correct or reach out to for further support.
