How Do I Withdraw Funds from My Wallet?

You may request a withdrawal from your wallet at any time—but to protect your security and comply with regulations, the following conditions apply:

Provide Photo ID & Selfie

Every withdrawal request must include:

  • A clear photo of a government‑issued ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport, or national ID)
  • A selfie of you holding that same ID, with both your face and the ID fully visible
60‑Day Holding Period

Funds must remain in your wallet for at least 60 days before they are eligible for withdrawal.

This buffer period allows us to:

  • Verify the source of funds and confirm they are not the result of unauthorized activity.
  • Comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations, which require platforms like ours to monitor transactions for suspicious activity.
  • Protect investors and the platform from rapid funding and immediate withdrawal attempts that may indicate fraudulent behavior.

This policy is designed to keep your wallet secure.

Funds Must Be Returned to the Original Bank Account

For regulatory reasons, withdrawn funds must be returned to the same bank account from which they were originally deposited. This ensures the funds go back to the verified owner.

  • If your original deposit was made via bank transfer, we will automatically return the funds to that account.
  • If your original deposit was made via wire transfer, you will be required to confirm the originating bank account by submitting one of the following:
    • The original wire receipt, showing the account number of the sending bank
    • A bank statement showing the wire charge, with a matching date and amount sent to us.

If You No Longer Have Access to the Original Bank Account

If the original bank account is closed or inaccessible, you must provide the following documentation

  • Proof of account closure
      • An official document from your former bank showing the account number and the date the account was closed.
  • Proof of your new account
    • A bank statement that clearly displays your full name and the new account number—both on the same page.

Please note: If this documentation is not submitted or does not meet requirements, we may not be able to return your funds.
