Once a deposit is initiated, you must wait for the funds to appear in your Wallet to withdraw them again.
A wallet deposit cannot be canceled once it has been initiated. When a transaction is initiated, the movement of the funds is underway and cannot be canceled. The funds typically take between 3-5 business days to land in your wallet.
Once the funds reach your Netcapital wallet, you can use these funds in a Netcapital investment commitment or withdraw these funds back to your bank account. Simply head to your Netcapital Dashboard here. On the right-hand side, you’ll see your Netcapital wallet balance and two options next to that amount. Please select “withdraw funds” and select the account out of which the funds were sent.
It is important to note that your funds must be withdrawn to the same account they were sent from.
