# Can I subtract from an existing investment commitment?
## No. However, you may withdraw your investment and make a new one with the preferred amount.
We are unable to adjust the amount of an existing investment commitment. However, you can withdraw your investment commitment and make a new investment commitment in a company by investing again on their offering page. Please note that Netcapital allows investors to withdraw their investment up to 48 hours prior to the closing of the fundraising round.
