To withdraw funds from your Wallet, simply visit your dashboard and select ‘Withdraw Funds’ next to your Wallet balance.
You’ll be prompted to choose the bank account where you’d like the funds returned—please note that they must be sent back to the account from which they originated. For security purposes, we may request additional information, such as a government-issued ID and a selfie, to complete the process.
