How long do I have to send a payment?

Preferably, as soon as possible.

We typically expect payments for investment commitments to be sent to the escrow account as soon as possible. This allows us time to troubleshoot in case there are any issues with the payment. For wires, please be sure to send your payment in the correct amount with your unique wire identifier code within 5 business days or your investment commitment may be withdrawn.

If your funds do not arrive by the time an offering has closed, you will be withdrawn from the offering. There is a high chance you will be unable to invest again, so please keep track of your payments and ensure they arrive in a timely manner.
