You can invest in a company listed on Netcapital by setting up an account and visiting the company's offering page.
To invest on Netcapital:
1. First, sign up for an account at netcapital.com. Every account must be set up and verified in order to invest. To set up your account, visit your Dashboard and be sure to fill out your information in Settings.
2. Next, find a company that you would like to invest in. Take a look at our companies page to explore. Companies that are currently raising funds will list an offering.
3. Once you find a company that you are interested in investing in, click on the company name. This will bring you to their "Offering Page," where you can learn more about the company and the terms of investing.
4. To invest, click the yellow "Invest" button and proceed through checkout.
After checkout, confirmation of your investment commitment is sent to your email and viewable on your Dashboard. When your shares are issued, you will also be notified via email.
