Additionally, we cannot transfer investment commitments or securities from Netcapital to another financial services company or a third-party platform.
Private securities are sold on Netcapital and managed through our site, meaning we cannot transfer your shares to another service. A Fidelity bank account can be used as a payment method to fund investments or Wallet deposits, but we cannot exchange shares between our services. Netcapital only offers securities in private companies.
