# Can I invest on Netcapital using another financial services company (i.e. Fidelity, E-Trade, etc.)?
## No.
The companies currently raising on Netcapital are private companies, and these private investments can only be made on Netcapital's platform at this time. Additionally, we cannot transfer investment commitments or securities from Netcapital to another financial services company or a third-party platform.
Private securities are sold on Netcapital and managed through our site, meaning we cannot transfer your shares to another service. A Fidelity bank account can be used as a **payment method** to fund investments or Wallet deposits, but we cannot exchange shares between our services. Netcapital only offers securities in private companies.
