Our platform is available for investors based outside of the U.S. to invest, provided that the laws and regulations of your country of residence don't prohibit you from investing. Each investor has the responsibility to research the financial and tax implications of making a private investment through our platform before investing.
Due to the additional resources needed to process investments from outside of the U.S., you will need to make a minimum investment of at least $300 USD. We will also need a copy of your government-issued ID uploaded to your account for verification purposes. Your payment must be made by using a debit/credit card or sending a wire transfer.
