My payment says "pending." What does this mean?

"Pending" means your payment is still processing. This process can take a few business days.

If your payment is "pending," it is most likely still processing. For instance, if you have paid via ACH transfer (a U.S. bank account), it typically takes between 3-5 business days for your payment to move from your account to the escrow account for the fundraise. For card payments, this process can take 1-3 business days.

If your account has been stuck in "pending" for longer than a few business days, there is a chance your account may not be verified or we have been unable to connect with your financial institution.
