If your payment fails, we will send you an email with the reason that your payment failed. Since we cannot re-run payments after they have failed, you will most likely need to try investing again once the issue is fixed. Please note, once an offering has closed, you will not be able to re-invest.
Occasionally, financial institutions, such as your bank, may automatically cancel payments. This can cause your card to be declined or your ACH to be blocked. In these cases, you may need to reach out to your financial institution to approve the payment before investing again.
If you didn't get an email, you can check the statuses of all your payments on your investor dashboard. You can always email our investor support team at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
