According to SEC guidelines, companies have a limit to how much they can raise in a single offering. Additionally, companies set their own individual offering maximums.
If a company that you are interested in has sold out its offering, we encourage you to stay up-to-date with the company for any future news or raises. To receive updates from any company on Netcapital, you can add a company to your account's Watchlist by going to the company's page and clicking "Add to Watchlist."
