# What is a Netcapital Wallet?
## The Netcapital Wallet is an online account to hold funds.
Your Wallet is an online account you can use to hold your funds. The Wallet feature is available to all verified investors, but its use is not mandatory to make an investment commitment on our site. If you would like to use the Netcapital Wallet, you can immediately invest with any deposited funds in your Netcapital Wallet account.
Some users deposit funds into this wallet account so that they are ready to invest the moment an offering goes live on our site. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for your funds to land in your Netcapital Wallet. To access your Wallet, visit your [Netcapital Dashboard](http://netcapital.com/dashboard).
