Investment commitments made via credit/debit card, or your Netcapital Wallet, are charged or debited immediately. If you choose to invest via ACH transfer, the funds from your bank account will be debited within a few days. Additionally, you can view the status of your payment by logging in and visiting your Netcapital dashboard.
Companies may receive an early disbursement of funds during their campaigns and at the end of an offering. However, these disbursements may not be fully processed until a few days after, or perhaps months after you invest. As we work with each individual company and their campaign, the disbursement of funds and shares depends on when every company chooses to withdraw funds and close its funding round.
