After an offering closes, it typically takes a few weeks to work with the company to finish the process of disbursing shares to investors. Investors are notified when their shares have been disbursed to their account via email, at which point the investment can be found under the "Securities" section of their dashboard. All shares purchased through Netcapital are recorded electronically and no paper certificates will be issued. Your electronic receipt is your final receipt for your issued shares.
