Why are my wallet funds not showing up when I checkout?

If you do not see your wallet funds as an option during checkout, it is likely that the funds have not yet arrived in your account.

Please note that all ACH bank transfers typically take 3-5 business days to process. Once your funds arrive, you will be able to see them in the Wallet Balance in your Dashboard.
