We can understand the concern it may cause to see that your account is not being pulled up, but rest assured, it's intentional.
To help protect against fraud, Chase uses a "tokenized" (virtual) account and routing numbers instead of the user's true account and routing numbers. Therefore the last 4 digits you see on your payment methods will not match the actual last 4 of the account.
