Why don't I see my investment commitment on my dashboard?

You may have invested as an entity or created a duplicate Netcapital account under a different entity.

1. You may have invested as an entity. Please be sure to click the dropdown menu next to your name on your dashboard. Here, you can click the name of your entity and see any investment commitments made under your entity. 

2. You may have made a duplicate account. Sometimes investors accidentally create two accounts under two different emails. It's possible you made your investment commitment under your other account. 

If neither of these is the case, you may not have finished making your investment. You will always receive an email confirmation after making an investment commitment on our site. If you have not, it may mean that your investment commitment did not process. Please try investing again, or email help@netcapital.com for assistance.
